Learning objectives

  • Choose an e-commerce platform based on budget, skills and integration needs.
  • Structure a catalogue and write effective product pages.
  • Configure payment methods, delivery zones and options, and mandatory pages.
  • Set up the basics of acquisition and retention.
  • Track a shop's key metrics and prioritise improvements.

By the end of this course, you will be able to choose between WooCommerce and Shopify for your situation, set up a working shop (catalogue, payment, delivery, legal pages), and then track and improve its commercial performance.

We treat the shop as a complete system, not just a website: product pages that answer buyers' questions, logistics, cash on delivery and online payment, customer service, returns and retention. Common constraints of selling online in Tunisia are covered in practical terms.

The final part covers acquisition and measurement: product page SEO, campaigns, abandoned cart emails, e-commerce tracking in GA4 and key metrics (conversion rate, average order value, return rate, acquisition cost). You leave with a configured shop or a detailed launch plan.
