Automate your operations. Accelerate your growth.

Reduce manual work by connecting your applications and orchestrating your business processes. We build workflows that move data, trigger actions and notify the right people at the right time.

Late work on a laptop in a dark office.

Workflow automation means data and actions flow automatically between your tools (CRM, forms, email, spreadsheets, e-commerce, business applications) according to defined rules. It is for businesses whose teams re-enter information, copy data from one tool to another, or manually kick off tasks that could start on their own.

We start by mapping your actual processes, then choose the right approach: a platform such as n8n, Make or Zapier, a custom API integration, or a mix of both. Every workflow is built to be reliable, with error handling, execution logs, alerts and documentation.

The expected outcome: less manual entry, fewer missed steps, shorter turnaround times, and teams freed up for work that requires judgment.

What we fix

  • Constant re-entry

The same details are typed into the form, the CRM, the spreadsheet and the invoicing tool, with a risk of error at every step.

  • Leads handled too late

Requests arrive through several channels and wait for someone to read, copy and forward them.

  • Tools that do not talk to each other

Each department uses its own applications. Data drifts apart and nobody has an up-to-date view.

  • Fragile automations

Quickly built scenarios break without anyone being alerted, and nobody has documented how they work.

  • Approvals that stall

Quotes, expenses or content wait for approval by email, with no tracking or reminders.

How we work

  1. Map processes

Together with your team, we document each step, tool and manual action to find what can be automated.

  2. Prioritise

Workflows are ranked by time saved, errors avoided and technical complexity.

  3. Design and select tools

We define triggers, rules, exceptions and the platform that best fits your context and budget.

  4. Build and test

Workflow development, API and webhook integrations, testing on real cases, error handling and alerts.

  5. Document and maintain

Documentation, handover to your team and post-launch support to fix and evolve scenarios.

Use cases

  • Form to CRM

Every contact request creates or updates a CRM record, notifies the right salesperson and sends an acknowledgment.

  • Automated sales follow-up

Scheduled reminders, tasks created after meetings, and alerts when a quote goes unanswered.

  • E-commerce sync

Orders, stock and delivery statuses kept in sync between the store, the operations spreadsheet and the logistics team.

  • Approval flows

Approval requests sent to the right manager, chased when needed and recorded in a log.

  • Reports and notifications

Daily or weekly summaries sent automatically by email or team chat.

Prerequisites and limits

Prerequisites

  • Reasonably stable processes: automating a process that changes every week creates more work than it saves.
  • Tools that offer an API, webhooks or a usable export.
  • Admin access, or a contact who can provide it.

Limitations

  • Some legacy or local applications offer no integration interface; workarounds are sometimes possible, sometimes not.
  • Automation platforms have subscriptions and usage limits that need to be budgeted.
  • A workflow depends on the tools it connects: a change on the vendor side may require an update.

Frequently asked questions

How much does an automation project cost?

Cost depends on the number of workflows, the number of connected tools, rule complexity and the need for custom integrations. Platform subscriptions may also apply. We provide a quote once your processes are mapped.

How quickly can a workflow go live?

A simple workflow between two tools can be set up quickly. A set of interconnected processes takes longer, mainly for testing. We set the schedule after the assessment.

Should we use n8n, Make or Zapier?

There is no universal answer. It depends on the tools involved, volumes, budget, in-house skills and your data hosting requirements. n8n, for example, can be self-hosted, which matters to some businesses.

What happens if a workflow fails?

We build in error handling, execution logs and alerts sent to a designated person. Depending on the agreed plan, we also provide maintenance.

Is our data secure?

We apply least-privilege access, store credentials in the secure vaults provided by each platform and document data flows. Self-hosting is an option when required.

Can our team edit the workflows?

Yes, if you wish. We document each scenario and can train one or more people to handle routine changes.

Which tasks would you ratherstop doing by hand?

Describe a process that slows you down. We will tell you what can be automated and how.
