These terms and conditions govern the use of astronetagency.tn and the booking of consultations and requests for services or training made through the website.

Publisher

Use of the website

The website is free to access. You agree to use it fairly, to provide accurate information in forms and not to interfere with its operation or security. We may suspend access for maintenance or in case of misuse.

Content and information

Website content (articles, guides, service and industry pages) is provided for information. The industry approaches presented are possible options to be adapted to each situation; they are neither personalised advice nor a promise of results.

Booking consultations

  • The discovery consultation is free and without obligation.
  • Bookings are confirmed by email. Some consultation types may require our prior approval.
  • Times are shown in Tunis time.
  • You can reschedule or cancel your appointment using the link sent by email, within the notice period shown at booking. After that, please contact us directly.
  • We may need to move an appointment in case of an unforeseen event; we will let you know as soon as possible and offer another time.

Quotes and services

Requests sent through the website do not constitute an order. Every service (AI integration, automation, digital marketing, dashboards, consulting) is subject to a quote or proposal setting out scope, deliverables, timelines, price and payment terms. In case of conflict, the terms of the signed quote or contract prevail over these terms.

Engagement outcomes also depend on factors outside Astronet's control (data quality, team availability, third-party platforms, market conditions). Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our services are provided on a best-efforts basis.

Training

Training registration is confirmed once approved by us and, where applicable, once payment is received according to the terms provided. Programmes, durations, formats and fees are set out on each training page or in the proposal sent to you. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are given at registration.

Intellectual property

Website content is protected. Training materials are for participants' personal use or the client organisation's internal use only, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Liability

Astronet Agency cannot be held liable for indirect damage arising from use of the website, temporary service interruptions or the content of third-party websites accessed through links.

Personal data

Data collected through the website is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one online on the date you use the website or make a booking.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Tunisian law. In the event of a dispute, we will seek an amicable solution first. Failing that, the competent Tunisian courts will have jurisdiction.
