Learning objectives

  • Understand how a large language model works and where its limits lie, without unnecessary jargon.
  • Write structured prompts (role, context, task, format, constraints) and improve them iteratively.
  • Produce professional content in French, English and Arabic, then check and adapt it.
  • Analyse and summarise documents, spreadsheets and meeting notes with an AI assistant.
  • Apply confidentiality and human-review rules suited to your organisation.
  • Choose between ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Copilot based on the task, environment and budget.

By the end of this course, you will be able to use a generative AI assistant (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Microsoft Copilot) to save time on writing, summarising, analysis and research tasks, while knowing how to check the answers and protect sensitive information.

The course starts from your actual tasks rather than from product features. You learn to write precise requests, supply the right context, iterate on a result and pick the right tool for the task, the language and the level of confidentiality required.

A significant part is devoted to responsible use: what you should never paste into a consumer assistant, how to spot a hallucination, why human review remains essential, and how to keep subscription costs under control. You leave with a library of tested prompts and a simple usage policy you can apply in your team.
