Learning objectives
By the end of this course, you will be able to check and fix your Google Analytics 4 configuration, define your key events, build a readable Looker Studio dashboard and run a structured conversion rate optimisation (CRO) process.
We start with data quality: a dashboard is only as good as the data behind it. You learn to check the essential GA4 settings (key events, Consent Mode, data retention, internal traffic filters, Search Console and Google Ads links, cross-domain tracking) and to set up lasting UTM conventions.
The second part covers analysis and action: GA4 explorations, funnels and segments, followed by the CRO method (observation, hypotheses, prioritisation, testing and measurement). We stress the usual traps: samples that are too small, conclusions drawn too early and poorly defined metrics.
