Learning objectives

  • Set up a simple system for managing tasks and priorities.
  • Organise shared documents: folder structure, naming, access rights.
  • Prepare, run and follow up on more effective meetings.
  • Use the AI assistants built into your tools in a relevant, verified way.

By the end of this one-day course, you will be able to organise your tasks, shared documents and meetings with the tools you already use (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or Notion), and use their built-in AI assistants for the tasks where they genuinely help.

The course starts with method: where your requests come in, where you write them down and how you decide what comes first. Tools then serve that organisation, not the other way round.

We finish with built-in assistants (Copilot in Microsoft 365, Gemini in Google Workspace, Notion AI): what they do well, what you need to check, which data they can access in your environment and how to judge whether the subscription pays off for your usage. You leave with a working personal organisation system.
