Learning objectives

  • Align training with specific business goals agreed with management.
  • Give each team practices they can apply directly to their tasks.
  • Establish shared rules for AI use and data protection.
  • Identify and prototype priority use cases for the company.
  • Leave with a rollout plan and internal champions.

By the end of this programme, your teams will be able to apply generative AI, automation, digital marketing or data analysis to their own tasks, with shared usage rules and hands-on cases drawn from your business.

Every programme starts with an assessment: interviews with managers, a review of the tools in place, participants' levels and constraints (confidentiality, availability, locations, languages). From that assessment, we build a programme that combines topics from our catalogue with workshops specific to your roles.

The stated duration (28 hours) is a typical format, split into half-days or full days; it is adjusted to the number of groups and the depth required. The level is tailored to each group, from awareness sessions for business teams to in-depth work for technical profiles. The programme ends with a rollout plan: selected use cases, confidentiality rules, internal champions and follow-up checkpoints.
